Shipping, Refunds, and Returns

Domestic Shipping 

In general, we endeavour to ship orders within 5 working days of the order being placed. As we source some of our products from international brands, artisan brands, and micro brands, actual lead times vary and may be up to 10 working days. Don’t worry – we will let you know every step of the way just how close you are to enjoying your new gear. Should a shipment be unexpectedly delayed, you will be notified as soon as possible, and given the option to split your shipment where possible. Once your order is picked and packed, we will ship it and send you an email with a tracking number. We ship via courier and order are insured to the value of your order. Should your order get lost, we will replace your order immediately. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions. Orders above R1000 will be shipped for free. 

Return Policy 

If you purchased a product directly from us and you are not satisfied for any reason, return it to us, unused and in the condition you received it, within 30 days and we will issue a credit voucher for the purchase price of the product, or replace it with a product of your choice. Email us at info@goodmangear.online to log a return.

Warranty

All products sold by us carry a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects, and most products have an additional warranty as described on the product page.

In some instances the product will have to be returned to the manufacturer, which may be located overseas, in this case warranty claims can take up to 60 working days to resolve. Where possible, we will replace faulty products with local stock to avoid this, but this will be done at our discretion.

If you have a problem with anything ordered from us, please email us at info@goodmangear.online and we will get your product replaced or repaired ASAP.

All return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, but may be exchanged at our discretion.
